Quality checks for the plant floor.

Run your plant's checks on the phones and tablets you already own. Every reading is checked against its limits the moment it's taken, the camera reads your labels, and the record is ready for any auditor.

Coming soon to Google Play, then the App Store.

Label check

The camera reads the label. A person makes the call.

Photograph a case label at the line. The phone reads it on the spot, with no connection, and checks it against what that product's label must show, including codes worked out for this exact moment.

  • Traceability codes, built once. Plant, year as a letter, day of the year, line, shift and product become SP-F290-04B-W24, worked out fresh at every check.
  • Side by side. The approved label next to the operator's photo, and what the label actually says when it's wrong.
  • Never blocked by the camera. Glare happens. "It's right, the camera misread it" is one tap, and the record says a person checked it.

Ratings

Pass, marginal or fail.

Not every answer is yes or no. Rate on your own scale, like Good, Fair, Poor or 1 to 5, and choose which answers pass, which fail, and which pass but get flagged.

  • Marginal stays on record. No corrective action needed, and the record, reports and exports all show it.
  • Ready-made scales. Pass / Marginal / Fail, Clean / Needs attention / Dirty, OK / Watch it / Stop, or your own words.

Control charts

Drift, caught before it's scrap.

Every number on every check becomes a control chart. A tool wearing or a filler head running low shows up while it's still in spec, using the same rules quality engineers use, tested against NIST reference data.

Outside diameter readings over a week. The last nine sit above the center line and climb, which flags a drift while every reading is still within spec.

Fill weights

Every filler head, in grams and dollars.

Weigh one container per head from a Bluetooth scale. A head below the lower limit turns red and asks what was done about it, and the overfill on the rest shows up as giveaway per shift.

  • Scales that just connect. Mettler Toledo, Kern, A&D, Ohaus, Sartorius and more, over Bluetooth or an RS-232 adapter. Scale guide
  • Net contents rules built in. NIST Handbook 133 maximum allowable variations, worked out from the label.

Offline first

Dead spots don't lose results.

Everything is saved on the device the moment it's recorded. No server, no Wi-Fi, no IT project. Back up to Google Drive, iCloud or Files, and share a setup file to add more devices.

Built for the line

Everything a quality check needs.

Start from ready-made checks for your kind of plant, or build your own in minutes.

Checks for any process

First-piece approval, dimensions, torque audits, fill weights, cap and seal, allergen changeovers, safety walks, or your own.

Barcodes and Zebra

The camera and Zebra handhelds read barcodes, GS1 case labels and date codes against the product.

Holds and corrective actions

A failed critical check puts product on hold until a supervisor releases it, and every fix is on record.

Audit-ready records

Who, when, which line, product and lot, every answer and its limits, sign-off. An audit report or spreadsheet in seconds.

PINs on shared tablets

Each person signs in with a PIN and is signed out when they walk away. A tablet can be the station for one line.

English and Spanish

Operator screens in either language, chosen per device, so every shift reads the check the same way.

Several devices

One plant, every device.

Set up one device, then share its setup with the rest: same lines, checks and people, and everyone keeps their PIN. A supervisor's device collects the others' records for plant-wide reports and sign-off.
